The Courtyard is a creative office campus in Culver City, comprised of two class A office buildings totaling 208,318 square feet along with a 718-space parking garage, onsite deli and fitness center. The property was acquired in 2016 and the Courtyard’s first phase of the renovation was completed the following year featuring an expansive outdoor patio area, bike share program and such amenities as a free library, hammocks, dog walk, ping pong, lawn chess and putting greens some of which were completed in 2019.
