In order to reserve the putting greens, please complete the Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Form and return it to the Management Office or via the Tenant Center. Fifteen minutes before your scheduled reservation, visit the Security Desk in Building 300 to pick up you putters and golf balls for play.
